Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Restaurant was very slow and seemed to have an expertise in Chinese food, not American.

The bed, pillows and linens were fantastic.

Overall the hotel was great. The valet staff was very friendly and somehow seemed to remember my name and car every time. Front desk was very helpful, even calling after I got settled in the room to make sure it was to my liking. Well stocked with more than enough towels and I got a surprise gift basket which was a nice touch. I liked my stay other than the fact I kept being told I was making to much noise.

Front desk staff was more than accommodating and very friendly.

They were very strict about how much noise you can make and I don't think I was being overly loud.

The Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel, about five kilometers from the LaGuardia airport, is situated in Chinatown, Queens. Long Island Railroad and the subway, which connect to Manhattan; the Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium and Shea Stadium; and Macys Mall and Flushing Mall are within easy walking distance. This conveniently located hotel, with an Oriental look, provides all essentials for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers good value for money spent. A number of guests were happy and would like to stay at the hotel again. They appreciated service, decent size rooms with nice views and complimentary airport shuttle. However, they had a mix opinion about its location. Some visitors were also annoyed with mal-functioning AC, poor signal for wireless Internet, service, and dated and sub par in-room amenities.
