Absolutely wonderful staff from top to bottom. Having both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool is nice. Rooms are furnished in very good taste.
Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
I think the price of rooms is pretty high.

The first night of my stay was unpleasant due to a draft in the door and a broken hair dryer. The next morning I spoke to the General Manager and she gave me a new room and gave me credit for the previous night!

Marvella
Was an older hotel, but remodeled. It was better than we expect and very comfortable. Would stay again as it is near everything we visited? Wineries, shopping and historic places.
It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
It did not include a continental breakfast.

The hotel looks old. The breakfast buffet is OK. The staff is very friendly and professional. The beds are old and the mattresses are uncomfortable. The hotel can be noisy at night due to the in-house night club.
