I stayed at this hotel with my husband, mother and sister. The staff was great, and the rooms were in great shape and very clean, and I think with tasteful decorations. Internet and tv were working. The only bad thing was getting to Manhattan and back - which for us was a huge hassle!

Everything about this hotel is top notch. From the free airport shuttle service, Sunday breakfast buffet, the well maintain facilities, the helpful staff, and the shuttle service to Times Square on Saturday morning. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to New York.

We love European blankets that don't tuck in. These were the right thickness (some are too plush). They were white and not covered inside a bedspread, so we felt comfortable they were really clean.

Words cannot describe how unpleasant it was at this Hotel compared to the Crowne Plaza and other hotels in the area. I stayed here to use my Marriott Rewards for filthy bedspreads, unclean floors, no air conditioning and just a horrible experience all around.

We stayed for the US Open. Hotel staff was wonderful. Especially the shuttle staff. They made the trip so easy.
