On-site you'll find a lounge, lobby bar and Hub Pub Restaurant, 3700 square feet of meeting space, and a fitness center. Rooms offer the best entertainment and comfort in the East Elmhurst area, including in-room Playstation and WebTV, a massager shower, high-speed internet access and Aeron desk chair and work space. Visitors coming in from La Guardia will also have the advantage of the hotel's quick, efficient complimentary airport shuttle service.

Unfortunately, it seems the only people who are satisfied with their stays are those not expecting to enjoy much at all. While it's half as expensive as hotels in Manhattan, there were issues with dinginess, smell, broken fixtures, confused staff and unacceptable levels of noise. Neither the internet nor the airport shuttle were found to be reliable by recent guests. In addition to all that, the bar was "seedy" and the morning breakfast was nearly $20 per plate. However, guests staying for extended periods of time may find the savings worth it. The hotel is a $4 subway ride from Manhattan, and the staff pays extra attention to regular guests. From LGA: Take a right to BCD. Take a slight left to Terminal ABCD and airport exit. Straight to 94th St and take a left on Ditmars Boulevard. From JFK: Take Van Wyck Expwy to the airport exit. Take Van Wyck/I-678N to Grand Central Prkwy exit. From there, take RT-25A/Northern Blvd, and turn right on 108 St. Follow until it turns into 31st Dr. Take a left on Ditmars Blvd. From EWR: Head west on the LIE to I-278/BQE. Head south on the BQE to Verrazano Bridge, follow I-278 W to Goethals Bridge, cross and take New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13A or 14. Follow signs to the airport. Hotel located across the street.
