In downtown Cortland, you'll find many turn-of-the-century buildings. If you like the theatre, youll want to visit the Cortland Repertory Theatre where you can see professional shows year round. If you enjoy skiing, you'll be close to some of the Empire State's best skiing such as Labrador Mountain and Greek Peak Ski resort with a combination of more than 50 trails. There's a lot of museums in the area and lots of places to shop. Cortland State University and SUNY Cortland are only 2 miles away. Some of the area restaurants include Ponderosa Steakhouse, Friendly restaurant and Pontillas. Ask the friendly staff if you have any questions or need directions to more attractions.

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Cortland, New York to my family and friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel and guest rooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities and toiletries. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Fruits, snacks and coffee are available 24 hours. You can rent DVD's at the front desk. The pool is very warm and there are plenty of towels. There are three machines in the fitness room and a water tank with paper cups. The lobby is very nice and has a TV and fireplace.
