Staff is wonderful, very helpful. They make great popcorn. The problem with this hotel is you have to walk stairs. If you have a physical problem~~like I do~~it's a big problem. I had to drag my suitcase up and down a flight of stairs. We chose a non-smoking room so we didn't have stairs to deal with, as we have had to in the past, but even their non-smoking rooms were upstairs. There is not a handicapped or ADA box to check if you have special needs!
They were quick to help you out.
You had to lug your luggage upstairs!

Good location and convenient. The workmanship around the hot tub wasn't impressive in the bathroom. A little over priced.

This Comfort Inn did have some unhappy campers who were disappointed with the poor housekeeping. We still give the property a YES rating because it also had clients who said the property was ideal for a short stay, with reasonable rates and a top team of employees who had lots of good advice about the area sights. Popular spot to relax here after a day of sightseeing was the heated indoor pool. And the complimentary hot breakfast made a great start to a New York morning.
