Very clean, almost new condition. Staff very helpful with any questions. Huge impending snowstorm approached and gave their recommendations. Would have gotten higher rating (if possible) if location was closer to town. Would not hesitate to recommend or rebook again.

Cleanliness was impeccable.

Very good value for the dollar. Rooms were good sized, clean and room facilities worked well and were modern. Staff was accommodating - good customer service. Food (breakfast) was good and convenient. Location is good - just 10 minutes outside of town and attractions. Only problem was the spa / whirlpool that was freezing.

The room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, and breakfast food was good.

The spa (whirlpool) was freezing and not useable!

Highlights of this Holiday Inn Express are its good location minutes from historic Cooperstown and the reasonable rates. Several clients were impressed by the new and well equipped rooms which cane with an abundance of fluffy towels. The employees here solved problems promptly and the front desk had lots of helpful hints about shopping, sightseeing and dining. Most guests said they would recommend the property to others and would definitely stay here again the next time they came to town.
