The entire stay was great. The only complaint I have is on Monday morning, I went down to the desk and no one was there and it took awhile for somone to finally show up. On the plus side, the girl who checked me in and helped me on sunday afternoon, was great, friendly, and very professional.

Location, friendly staff.

There was a spider in my room.

This Hampton hotel is very tidy, clean and overall pleasingly presented. The hotel´s best feature is its proximity to Albany Airport and the Interstate. Rooms feature very comfortable beds and quality amenities. Although breakfast is served in a very basically appointed area, it is delicious and features a nice variety of both hot and cold items. The staff is fairly inefficient to guests complaints and dont make much of an effort to accommodate people. Picky sleepers might find it hard to sleep as AC units might be quite noisy. The walking trail can´t be used in Winter time.
