The room was very small. The sink was separate from the washroom and as soon as you walk in the door. The washroom was even smaller. At least the bed was very comfortable. There is not enough parking for the amount of rooms. For a Best Western this hotel leaves a lot to be desired!!!!

Overall it was a fine hotel, but I noticed a few things in the bathroom that were overlooked. The sink and floor had hair on them and the toilet needed to be wiped down again. It just looked like a lack of attention to detail. I am sure they were cleaned, but just not cleaned very well. We were traveling with an infant, so I was a bit more picky about cleanliness than I normally would be.

There were 4 of us travelling from Canada for the weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful. The gentleman putting on the continental breakfast was kind and quite funny at 6:00am. Thanks to all.

Reception - not interested, no smile, big effort to register even though I had prebooked on line. Rooms - dirty - oh, housekeeping leaves at 3. Assistance when my daughter's boots were left in lobby or room and asked to check - too bad, housekeeping leaves at 3. NEVER will I stay at another Best Western and will discourage others from doing so. Since I travel often on business and pleasure, I will not stay at another Best Western.

over all this was a great place to stay i have stayed in the other hotel but i will stay with best western buffalo airport next time i aim in the area

Stayed at the Best Western Norstar last night, and it was pretty good. The rooms are clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to the Buffalo airport, and they have a shuttle almost "on demand" that is accessible 24 hours. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful - I was travelling alone with a toddler, and they were great! No restaurant on site per se, but there is breakfast. Could use some more choices in terms of cereal (both choices were no good for us due to food allergies) but over all - a good choice for anyone wanting a great rate close to the airport.

This is a first rate hotel at a fair price. Everything is neat and clean, and the hotel staff are helpful and knowledgable. The rooms are comfortable for an ordinary traveler. The high-speed internet works flawlessly, and the ChooseNorder service is a nice amenity. You have to call in orders after nine o'clock, the internet option does not mention this. The only problem is that I could not access the interactive menu on the television, and I could not get the line in channel on the television for my PS2. Overall, an excellent experience.
