We arrived after midnight and had only a few hours at the hotel. Nonetheless, we noted that the service was good, and the rooms more than acceptable. The hallways were, unfortunately, drab and dimly lit, not very welcoming. Still - although I would not want to make this hotel my 'base' for an extended stay - it was certainly quite adequate for "an airport hotel," a place to rest before catching a plane (and FAR superior to some others in the area I've used in the past!!).

I came to Buffalo to visit a friend for a weekend away from my grad studies. When I entered, the front desk already had my paperwork & room key ready -- had to sign for my roon & that was it. When I checked out, they gave me a receipt upon request & offered free shuttle service to the airport.

This is a great Holiday Inn, if you are traveling through the east side of Buffalo. A great value, plus the kids loved being close to the airport, and watching jets taking off across the street! The only problem we experienced was a bathroom door that stuck badly when opening or closing. The service was first rate, and friendly. We would definately stay here again.

Stopped at this hotel passing through the area and this was one of the cleaniest hotels I have stayed in a while. Service was outstanding & restaurant had excellent food. If in the area again, I would definately stay here !

I came to to buffalo for a business trip and stayed at this particular hotel, and the staff was very accomodating and friendly. I will be sure to stay at that hotel any time I come into the area. Best stay I ever had.
