clean rooms with all the amenities, free internet access in the lobby computer, good continental breakfast, easy access to airport, and major roads.

This is a pretty cheesy hotel. They shouldn't be calling the rooms "suites" they are just large rooms with a convertible sofa and no dividers. No built-incloset either, just a cheap portable closet. Bathtub was cracked and looked unsanitary. We found Homewood Suites about 1/4 mile away that was much, much better for not much more money. Also we decided to leave before the end of our stay and the hotel charged us a $50 1/2 day fee even though we weren't at the hotel the whole day and they were going to move us to a new room (with a clean bathtub) anyway.

Had to stay in the States during a family emergency. 3 - 5 days turned into 38 days. The staff was great and the breakfast was a bonus and a great money saver. The room was great. Very convenient to airport. Erie County Medical Centre and Shopping. Thanks to all!

this was the first time I've been to the USA for the Thanksgiveing weekend. The hotel was wonderful and helpful with letting us know where everything was in town. Very clean. The pool and whirlpool was great. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The rooms are very spaceus. All in all a great experience. I've booked it again for next yr.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always had a good experience. We had asked for a first floor room due to leg problems and were put on a second floor. No elevators. We called assistance when we checked out with our luggage and when no one came in 20 minutes, we struggled getting luggage down as we had to leave.

The suite we stayed in was dingy and very unwelcoming. The sheets were falling off the bed, the items that we were told were included in our room (mini-bar, french doors) were not. There was EXTREME construction being done on the room above ours and so we consulted the front desk, who were unable to tell us when it would be over, did not offer us an alternate room, and seemed totally unaware that there was construction what-so-ever. They were extremely unprofessional.

We were never told when breakfast was-came down in the morning and told it over. Had to go out to eat. Toilet was dirty. Bathtub had black hair in it. There were no bars of soap in the room. The pool water felt slimy and the pool area needed to be swept. Not a good value for the money.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated that after after an entire day of being on our feet. Easy to get to from I-90. Breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly.

Stopped for the night here with 2 others and the room was large enough to accomodate all of us. Breakfast was terrible. Sofa bed was uncomfortable

The people at the hotel were very service minded. They took us to an eating establishment and picked us up again, took us back to the airport the next morning. The hotel had a very nice breakfast also, we were impressed! Thank you
