I arrived in Buffalo, NY with an infant, and called for the shuttle, it was right there! They had me already checked in; my key ready, heater on crib set up and helped me with my luggage. It was wonderful!

Staff was great!

For the money, this was a very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean, no random smells. Noise from the airport, but this was expected due to location near the airport. Would definitely stay there again. Pillow top beds a plus!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Comfort Suites Buffalo hotel is centrally located in downtown Buffalo a short distance away from the business, theatre and entertainment districts. Tourists will appreciate the array of fine cuisine choices in the area, as well as very alive night clubs. Guests at this hotel won't have to go far for a good meal though thanks to the on site TGI Fridays whose food can be sent up to your room. The hotel also offers free shuttle to the airport from 7 in the morning until 10 at night. Although all public are non smoking, smokers can relax at the outdoor area available all day and night.

The rooms are very nicely decorated. The breakfast is filling and varied. The staff is pleasant. The entire building is very quiet. The shuttle is very convenient. The free wireless high speed internet access makes the whole difference for business travelers.
