Many travelers to New York City said this Holiday Inn Express proved to be an excellent hotel and made an excellent alternative to the more expensive Manhattan properties. The employees provided helpful and efficient service and had good ideas about sightseeing and the numerous nearby for shopping and dining. There were some complaints that there was only one elevator and some times it meant waiting several minutes.
