A wonderful new hotel with a friendly staff. Clean large rooms with an indoor and outdoor pool. We will be staying there again This week we enjoyed it so much.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice pools and LARGE rooms.

The indoor pool needed tending to in the AM ~ but I think that was other patrons fault not hotel.

The pet-friendly Holiday Inn Batavia-Darien Lake Area comprises 195 quality rooms designed for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate at this five-story hotel are high-speed Internet access available throughout the property, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a morning newspaper and parking. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 100 guests. The property is located at exit 48 off Interstate 90, approximately 25 miles from both Buffalo and Rochester. This hotel provides just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. That is the view of several guests who have stayed here and were happy with their accommodation. The efficient and friendly team of employees did a good job and had helpful information about the area sightseeing. Most guests said they would stay here again on future visits to Batavia and had no hesitation in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
