We were very pleased with the courteous demeanor off all staff that we came in contact with. The room was clean and the breakfast and location were a pleasant surprise for us.

It was clean, staff was very helpful and responsive, and it was conveniently located near the college.

Outside construction and limited signage made it a little hard to find.

This Ramada is so beautiful! My husband and I had a great time. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect. It's set back off the road and surrounded by trees. Everything was sparkling clean and they had nice Christmas music playing. Everything was decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cozy location and everything was so clean and nice!

I really can't complain about anything. It was great!

Comfortable and friendly. Strongly recommend particularly for senior citizens.

Located conveniently to visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast provided was sumptuous. Staff was courteous and helpful.

We could have had better general lighting in the room.

This no-frills hotel offers all essentials for traveling executives and holidaymakers. Many guests were happy with reasonably priced clean modern accommodations, delicious breakfast, restaurant, free internet and shuttle, television in gym, parking, front desk staff and location. They would not mind staying here again. However, some guests were disappointed with the noise (air conditioning units, events, heaters, elevator, and plumbing), grubby carpets, outdated bathrooms, dirty worn-out rooms and unprofessional staff.
