Stayed at this location for business and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff went well above an beyond what would be normally expected. They were pleasant and courteous. New bedding made me much more comfortable and was wonderful. I was able to have a dinner/meeting in Houlihan's right on property with five clients and they raved over both the service and the quality of the food. Just an overall great experience!

Houlihans Restaurant was great. After that, downhill. Never heard a toilet as a loud as that. Big Hotel, candy machine broken. Marriott can't afford a 2nd machine? Bed-squeaky. 8 in the morning, maid knocked once & entered room. Should have put do not disturb sign out, but only eight AM and hadn't checked out yet. I complained & got a letter from the hotel's manager. He'd be delighted to personally take my next reservation after all of the above. I don't need help with reservations, I think I got that covered next time.

Overall apperance of hotel is great, check in/out counter service is great, only problem is that the elevators are REALLY far away from the lobby. Seems to be set up from convention friendly then room friendly.
