The 199-room Holiday Inn Buffalo Amherst is nine miles from downtown Buffalo and provides affordable accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. This hotel does not get all good reviews. Sadly there is a problem with personnel that disappointed several visitors to this Holiday Inn. However, most clients said the hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location is good, a short drive from Niagara Falls. Some clients said they would stay here again while others said they would spend more money next time and stay somewhere where they hoped to get faster and a friendlier response from the employees Read our customer reviews?
