Good location near airport. Rooms do not have windows that face directly outside. Somewhat claustrophobic. Air system wasn't the best. Noisy, noisy, noisy.

Good television selection.

This is a very nice hotel. Not the Waldorf perhaps but for the size and amount of use it gets its very clean and the staff is very accommodating. I have stayed here many times over the years, traveling with an AAU basketball team and more recently just with my spouse and at all times, the rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The room I got had a refrigerator in it and the bathroom was very large and clean. It is a great hotel and I will make it a point to stay there whenever I am in the Albany area. The Wolf road area is great loads of restaurant and shopping and very convenient to the highways. Even though it is near the airport I can honestly say that I have rarely ever heard a plane from the hotel. Great place.

Room was great and included a fridge. They upgraded me to a King room.

Cannot think of anything I did not like.

Most visitors to Albany who stayed at this Holiday Inn were delighted with their stay. The rooms were newly renovated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Those who used the shuttle to the nearby airport said it was prompt and the drivers were polite and helpful. Words of advice from those who stayed here: If you want a quieter room get one away from the swimming pool. This hotel gets many repeat clients, always a good recommendation.
