Although the front desk is quite efficient and check-in is a cinch, the staff is known to be unresponsive to patron’s complaints leaving a cold touch to some experiences. House-keeping is also often understaffed and sometimes even made up of a single person. Guestrooms are very basic looking in terms of décor, but are quiet and kept fairly clean. Picky sleepers will most likely find the beds disappointing as they are quite stiff. Breakfast is satisfactory, and all public facilities are of good quality and in great repair.
