MY ROOM WAS A ,PRE PAY,AT YOUR OTHER LOCATION, THE YOUNG LADY WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER MY RESERVATION IBELIEVE I WAS CHARGED TWICE.MY AMERICAN EXPRESS REFLECTS APREPAYMENT,IWLL CHECK MY NEXT STATEMENT..

clean, up to date, amenities,friendly staff.good price. would recommend to anyone hot breakfast included.

Traveled to Albany to visit Rensselaer in Troy. The hotel was in a convienent, but uninteresting location just off the interstate, it is a fairly new Hotel and the lobby, hallways and rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a comfortable breakfast area. I liked the local coffee shop across the street on the corner. The desk staff could have used more training, but they were polite. Overall, I would stay here again.
