El Rey Inn has been under the same ownership for the past 31 years and has offered a place to stay for business and leisure travelers for 65 years. The inn delights its guests with relaxing gardens, private patios, and beautifully decorated Southwestern style accommodations. The adobe style inn is located on what originally was the famous Route 66, and its central location makes for easy driving access to the Santa Fe downtown Plaza and surrounding restaurants, art galleries, and museums. A 15 minute drive transports guests to the Santa Fe National Forest in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains for skiing, hiking, backpacking, biking, picnicking, or sightseeing

El Rey Inn Accommodations
El Rey Inn offers guests a varied selection of 86 rooms and suites along with reasonable rates. The rooms range from traditional adobe, to deluxe Spanish Colonial courtyard, to the moderately priced north courtyard. Handicapped units are available. Deluxe rooms are furnished with kiva fireplaces, and decorated with ornate tinwork, original artwork, willow shutters, and fine woodwork. The Southwestern suites feature fireplaces and kitchenettes. All rooms have satellite TV with HBO and direct-dial telephones.

El Rey Inn welcomes guests with a complimentary continental breakfast in their award-winning breakfast room. This family-friendly inn has a children's playground as well as an in-season pool, whirlpool, sauna and exercise room. Guests are pleased to find interesting nooks and sitting areas in the outside area for relaxing.

From ABQ airport take I-25 North to Santa Fe. Take the NM-14 - Cerrillos Road exit, number 278, and follow directions to Cerrillos Road. Continue North on Cerrillos Road about 6 1/4 miles to El Rey Inn, on your right. Just past St. Michael's Drive intersection.
