Garrett’s Desert Inn is a beautiful choice for visitors to Santa Fe—one of the world’s top destination spots. The Inn combines Spanish, Native American, and Southwestern cultures to create a warm and comfortable ambience. Guests can look forward to room service, a full-service restaurant and lounge, pools, and facilities for business or social functions. It is located in the center of historic downtown Santa Fe within walking distance of the famous Canyon Road and Plaza (art galleries, museums, shops, and restaurants). A short drive takes guests to the Santa Fe Ski Basin in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

While many guests enjoy the Southwestern decor, friendly staff, room service, and the close proximity to the downtown Plaza, Garrett's Desert Inn did not rate quite so high with some guests who disliked the uncomfortable bedding, unclean rooms, and thin walls. Read our customer reviews?

Garrett’s Desert Inn has 83 rooms/suites which feature either a queen or king-sized bed, a private dressing area, TV with premium channels, direct dial telephones, in-room coffee service, and hair dryers. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished in beautiful Southwestern style and are spacious and comfortable. Room service will even deliver full meals.

Garrett's Desert Inn beckons guests to relax in the heated outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed on the patio or inside Le Zodiac, the inn's on-site French cafe and bakery. Ski and group packages are available as are sightseeing walking tours (especially the Wild and Wacky Tours which are based out of the lobby).
