Extremely quaint! Not your typical chain Hotel with single hallway of doors in single building. More like little apartments with full Kitchenettes. No farther from the Downtown Plaza Area than any other Hotel out on Cerrilos St.(Santa Fe is very small town!). Extremely clean everyday by very friendly custodial staff! Walking distance to Supermarket, Walgreen's, Office Max and some fast food Eatery's. Very secure /well lighted Parking Area next to your own unit's building. The complimentary Breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety every morning. Excellent Wi-Fi connection! Did I mention how clean this Hotel and surrounding area is?!!! Very,very, reasonably priced. Thumbs up & 5 Jalepenos Award from me! My stay was for weeks at a time and did not want to leave!

I can't say enough about the Staff themselves! Extemely Friendly and alway greeted me every morning and evening after work! Always willing to lend advice for good Restaurant's and directions. With such a friendly Staff it was not hard to feel at home every evening after a long day at work or in the morning drinking coffee!

The wild rabbit that came to visit everyday would not let you pet him! But would pose for photos! Can not find anything else bad about this hotel!

The Santa Fe Suites, formerly Camel Rock Suites, welcomes business travelers, extended stay guests, and leisure vacationers. In 2007 Camel Rock Suites was purchased by the Pueblo of Tesuque and is enjoying wonderful renovations and upgrades. Guests can look forward to fully furnished studio suites decorated in comfortable Southwestern style. It is nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains where numerous outdoor activities can be enjoyed (skiing, hiking, backpacking, picnicking, sightseeing, and touring). It is minutes from the famous Santa Fe downtown plaza, with easy access to Interstate 24, and only a fifteen minute drive from gaming activities at the Cities of Gold and Camel Rock Casino north of town. The Santa Fe Suites are situated close in enough to the Santa Fe downtown area to afford easy access but far enough away to ensure quiet and privacy.

The Santa Fe Suites (formerly Camel Rock Suites) welcome guests with either a queen-size bed or two double beds. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen (including kitchen utensils) with refrigerator, two-burner range, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast counter, coffee-maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, work desk and chair in double rooms, twin pull-out sofa in queen rooms, direct dial telephones with individual phone numbers for each room, Cable TV, and complimentary in-room WiFi.

Overall, the Santa Fe Suites (formerly Camel Rock Suites), are recommended because of the good location, cleanliness, cozy and comfy rooms, and the kitchenettes with the conveniences of home. Having a grocery store within close walking distance is excellent for purchasing groceries and then preparing meals in your own kitchen. The Suites have easy driving access to the interstate as well as to other major streets taking guests to the downtown area or out of town for sightseeing excursions. The staff at the Suites seem to be helpful and friendly.
