After an entire day of travel, checked in only to move 3 times before getting a clean room. This hotel is in dire need of renovation. Many things did not work or were missing. Checked out after only 1 night. The staff was very accommodating and tried to address every concern in a timely manner.
Great value but noisy - posted on 04/13/2006
Booked this room last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Great location for passing through town. Wonderful front desk service. Only complaints were very hard, uncomfortable beds and noisy ceilings. You could hear every step taken above you with a very loud cracking sound. A little unsettling. Good for one night, you just get what you pay for.

The customer service was outstanding, If I am ever in Santa Fe in the future I will not even think twice of staying at this lovely Radisson Hotel.
