Enjoyed our stay, room was always clean (housekeeping A+). Nice location -- shuttle driver was very helpful with places to see and good restaurants. will stay at the Courtyard again -- only down side -- the elevator near my room broke a few times and the ice machine on the floor did not work.

The room was large and the beds were really comfy with an abundance of great pillows. The drawbacks were the noise and the noise. First, the upstairs occupants decided that running and jumping would be a fun thing to do for an hour and a half - however, I must say that after the front desk was called, the occupants did quiet down. Yet, in the morning the noisy people were up bright and early pacing back and forth loudly. Second, the housekeeping staff decided that vacuuming at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning with a VERY loud vacuum cleaner would be a good idea. Stay on the top floor...

This hotel is extremely "tired" and needs immediate remodel. I would not remove my shoes in the room because the carpet was so bad. Room not clean. Service in restaurant extremely poor. Twice at dinner had to get up to refill beverage myself. Would not reccommend staying here. They should pay us.

This Courtyard needs to be redone. Room smelled bad (maintenence sent up a deodorizer), carpet worn, water damage in bath and on ceiling. The interior of the hotel is an open courtyard, so hallways are exposed to the weather

We asked to be moved to a different room our first night, as the ceiling joists above us squeaked with every step of its occupant, who paced back and forth for hours! The room we were moved to had two queen beds (instead of a king), and one of the mattresses was awful! The shower-head hit at chest height. At least the staff were very responsive, but we weren't even offered a reduction in our cost because of the inconvenience.

Surprised they had no dinner service on Sunday - Left restaurant on Monday morning because they had inadequate wait staff. Had breakfast down the street.

The rooms smelled like a bottle of room deodorizer was dumped on the carpet. Not very clean, It needs a total remodel.
