Great location, Great Service. Very cute, cozy, rooms great for families. Hot Tub too hot to get in. Wonderful hotel/condo.

Could not check in until 4pm. When finally allowed to check the room given is not a two story condo but a dated single story apartment. Screens off of windows, single pane windows allowed noise of passing cars and people walking by in. No coffee pot in room. No fireplace as advertised. Not worth the price paid. I have made 4 trips to Santa Fe this summer and this was the worst stay.

Charged an extra $10 for guest service? No coffee pot. Single pane window by street. lot of noise. Bed hard as a rock. No fireplace in room. Not a condo pictured but a one store apartment. Not worth the price paid. Much better places in Santa Fe at better prices. Third trip to Santa Fe this month will not stay here again.
Hotel Overbooked - posted on 07/05/2006
The hotel was overbooked, I called that morning to make sure I had a crib in my suite,, but they did not tell me until I arrived that evening that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have room for me and my family and there was no manager around to talk to or help me until the next day.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little nervous, but we were pleasantly surprised by the value, service, and room we had. We had a great time here and the views were wonderful from our room.

These are private condos. Perhaps there are some gems, but the one we got was had never had more than "stock" furnishings, and these were 10-20 years old. There is a pool/hot tub on the property, and that's about it.
