Good location just a few blocks off the square and easy to get to. A large portion of the hotel was in the midst of remodeling when we stayed there in January 2007. Rooms were noisy (poorly insulated). Lacked refrigerator and microwave. Internet cost /day. Parking in open lot was /day. Overall did not feel it was a good value.

Location - very convenient to downtown area.

Part of it I the midst of remodel. Charge /day for internet.

The Hilton Santa fee is a gorgeous hotel with a wonderful location within walking distance of everything. The room is quite spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower head and curved shower rod. The in room coffeemaker with its coffee for two was quite unique. Loved it! Room service prices are outrageous, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel daily parking fees are somewhat high, but overall would highly recommend the hotel and will stay there again. The lobby is just beautiful!

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great location, nice bathroom and toiletries, wonderful coffeepot, loved it!

Room service prices. Ex: $13.00 for chips and salsa would be nice if continental breakfast was included in price.

Excellent location, lovely lobby, decent restaurants. The room was nice, the bathroom rather luxurious. We were very happy with the hotel. I know Santa Fe quite well and used to live there.

Excellent location and top quality facility.

They charge $15 for parking.

The Hilton Santa Fe is located in the historic Santa Fe downtown area and is within walking distance (2 blocks) to the famous Plaza. It is an excellent choice for leisure travelers and family vacationers who delight in sightseeing and touring (art galleries, museums, shops, and Native American crafts), and dining at some of the citys finest restaurants. The Hiltons decor and atmosphere reflects the areas combined cultures of Native American, Spanish, and Southwestern Anglo contributions. It is a classic hotel which preserves many of the architectural elements of the 350-year old Ortiz Hacienda (home of one of the citys first families). Guests can relax amid the lovely courtyards, poolside fireplace and hot tub and enjoy the fine cuisine at their nearby restaurant.

The Hilton Santa Fe is very well located in downtown Santa Fe within walking distance to the Plaza and the railyard district. While the hotel could use some upgrades, the rooms are extremely clean with very comfortable beds and nice linens. The staff members are friendly, and the front lobby area offers complimentary chips and salsa. The area feels very safe, and the nearby restaurants are an added bonus. The price is definitely a good value compared to other comparable hotels in pricey downtown Santa Fe.
