Rooms were nicely equipped with all standard ammenities and were good sized. Price was excellent (for Santa Fe). Only problem is that they needed to vacuum the floor. When we arrived there was debris on the floor and after being there 2 nights, the same debris was there when we left.

This motel is seriously rundown. They advertise the "best pool in Santa Fe" - this pool was so green with algae that it glowed. Picnic area is small table placed on only spot of grass on property between buildings. Rooms were clean and were relatively quiet but in need of major overhaul. Drapes torn off rods, dented old furniture, leaky refrigerator. For as much as they charge for a room it was not worth it. Also, a warning, if you are a woman traveling alone, as I was, this area feels extremely unsafe. I made sure I was in my room long before dark each night.

Room and furnishings were old. Sleeper sofa was broken and very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.
