This hotel is "underneath" dirty. I dropped something between the bed and night stand and was creeped out by the dirt and hair. The sheets were stained and the bathroom shower did not work. When I tried to tell the manager about the shower and sheets as we were checking out, she got extremely nasty and made a bad situation worse. We were so tired by the time we arrived that we just collapsed and what a disappointment when we woke up the next morning. My advice, stay somewhere else if possible.

Stayed at Comforet Inns in the past, the rates and breakfast caught our eye. Upon getting ready for bed and turning down the sheets noticed that they had not been changed from the previous occupants. told the desk clerk, he said can't have that and put us in another room. no apology. that room was clean. Went down for breakfast in the morning and the bagels were green (mold growing) upon check out turned in keys to both rooms, told them the first room beds were dirty, again no apology. needless to say you have lost a customer

The hotel is comfortable but not luxurious. We chose it for the free breakfast and the workout room/pool, and because the price was reasonable. The hotel is not well located for touring in and around Santa Fe, but in general, we were satisfied.

The room was clean and comfortable. My grandchildren loved the indoor swimming pool. Also, the breakfast area was very clean and the selection of food was good. Overall, it was a great overnight experience. We were very tired, the weather was bad and the nice room was a welcome sight.

The pool was warm, and the breakfast was nice. The location is great, right near the outlet mall and just off I-25.

Great rates, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast was also good for rates. Large family group stayed..in town for a funeral & rates were great for a large group needing a comfortable clean place to stay during a very unexpected trip.

While the Comfort Inn is a long way (several miles on a busy street) from the downtown Santa Fe plaza, the rooms are comfortable and adequate. The indoor pool is small, but convenient. The breakfast room is small, but there's good food enough to fill you up. Be sure to visit the Horseman's Cafe (Mexican fare) just about next door. And if you like spas, don't miss 10,000 Waves--less than 30 minutes on the other side of town.

This is a step up from budget motels at a very good price (with AAA discount). Well deserving of the 3 diamond rating - rooms and common areas are clean and well kept. Nothing special but a good value for the traveler on a budget.

We had to change rooms 4 times. One was location,next was not cleaned, next there was no hot water,and the final one was serviceable. Language was a problem at service desk.

Upon making my phone reservation, I was assured that the wireless internet connection would work on my computer. When I got to the hotel, ready to work on my business computer, I found it didn't work. I immediately went to the desk and told them I would be changing hotels. They refused to refund ANY of my money. (cash paid) I spent a total of 25 minutes there, didn't use any part of the room except for a tissue and a chair, and left without my $75. The manager even rudely said there would be no way I could get my money back because they had already taken it to the bank!Stay anywhere, but the Comfort Inn in Santa Fe!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're on a budget this is where to stay. This hotel gives you a modest price but excellent value for your money. Nice rooms. Free breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Great service.

The service at this hotel was not only unfriendly, but down-right unpleasant! The desk attendants, the cleaning staff, and even the manager NEVER SMILED! We felt as if the customers were a nuisance to them. VERY UNFRIENDLY PLACE! We won't stay there again and encourage others to stay elsewhere.

Hotel was amazing for the price. Check in was quick, staff friendly, easy access to parking, rooms clean, large and bright. Hotel is next to mall and down the street from restaurants. Straight shot down Cerrillos (about 5-10 minute drive) to Plaza.
