It was clean and we had a view of the river and it was great, children knees did not get dirty when they crawled on the floor and the whole hotel was smoke free yeah!
It was clean and neat.
The sinks where plugged up.

Regular visitors to Farmington say this is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is good, close to restaurants and right on the Animas River and the employees excel in giving polite and prompt service. There may be less expensive places to stay in the area but many clients believe that the extra dollars spent here are well worth while.
