Stay elsewhere! - posted on 03/18/2007

The room we were given first had water on floor, no TV remote, missing lights, missing mirror, non-working phone. It was not ready to be occupied! Second room required lights to be plugged in. An aweful experience!
Needs Improvement: Room readyness

HORRID STAY - posted on 10/12/2006

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are in major disrepair, the staff is rude at best, and managment is useless. I would rather have stayed in a box!

Not what I expected - posted on 08/07/2006

Difficult to find building entrance. One light or its switch was out. Pillows very lumpy. Toilet paper rolls kept falling off holder. Smoker next door. No lighting by desk. Dim lights over bed. Window shade fallen off its track.

Run down - posted on 07/24/2006

The service was very poor- daily we could not get enought towels for the room: two double beds, three persons and only two towels daily. One day the maid took out the dirty the towels and did not put out any clean ones, I had to walk around the motel to find the maid to get towels.

They didn't have enough of anything. They ran outta towels, no things like soap or shampoo. The service was kind of crappy

You get what you pay for - posted on 06/30/2006

The hot tub was broken, the housekeeping was unable to help with requests for extra towels, and they let us check into a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The ice machine was broken and there was no clock in the room.

Bad experience - posted on 03/22/2006

First room-No hot water, telephone didn't work, no lightbulbs, roaches seen, no TV remote, stained towels, no ashtray. Missing items not avail at frontdesk. Moved to 2nd room--Lukewarm water, missing lamp, towel rack torn from wall, stained towels, shampoo used with cap replaced, sink leaked on floor (ice bucket caught flow), no clock. Filth stored under stairwells. We were very upset!

Adequate. Cheap - posted on 02/01/2006

Inexpensive place to stay. Service was adequate, room was clean. If possible, get a room that's not on the side that faces the freeway. Much quieter

Terrible place! - posted on 01/13/2006

You want to avoid this one at all cost. There is not enough room here to go into the sordid details. I recommended that this motel have either NO Rating, or at the most a one, and NOT the "2 star" that it currently has. Horrible!

Quick Stop - posted on 10/18/2005

This hotel was good as a place to stop on a road trip. We got there late and left early, so we didn't stay long.
