The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located at I-25 and Jefferson, minutes from the offices of Boeing and Cardinal Health and the Kirtland Air Force Base. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a full hot breakfast buffet, a light dinner at the manager’s reception on Monday through Thursday evenings, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. One meeting room for business or social functions can accommodate 25 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include eight golf courses, the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, the Albuquerque Aquarium and Rio Grande Botanic Gardens, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Sandia Peak Ski Resort, Isleta and Sandia Casinos and the Rio Grande Zoo.

All the suites have a fireplace and a kitchen with conventional oven and microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include a work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, pullout sofa bed, television with cable news and movie channels, hairdryer and an iron and ironing board.
