Great price, good service from everyone except one person who was totally inept. She was more interested in her co-worker's customer than helping others; asked for name spelling even tho I gave her copy of internet reservation. Great value for the price. Room clean except mildew in shower.
Locked Out - posted on 04/22/2007
I was given a room that the lock malfunctioned and I was locked out from my luggage. They handled it quickly but when the put me in a different room the tv was not working properly but the service was great and the shuttle service X was great. Many thanks to you X, you went above and beyond your call of duty. Keep up the good work

We had an unusual, difficult situation during our stay and the staff went way out of their way to help us. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great. We've stayed here several times and it has always been more than satisfactory.

Very clean, best value for price of any hotel stayed in in last few years. Staff super, very helpful, friendly. Used it as home base for vacationing in the area. Would definitely book again. Chemical dispenser broke on hot tub, made everyone in the room feel ill. Management responded quickly. Would stay there again.

Greated by a very friendly clerk. Coffee/dessert in lobby at 9 pm when I checked in. Great hot breakfast, clean room, coffee in room. Shuttle to/from airport -- prompt and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.
Needs Improvement: nothing
Room for One - posted on 11/01/2006
We originally booked one room for two people but the room was so small (one double bed, shower in the wall, we had to upgrade. The rooms on the south side are very small with no views to speak of, the rooms on the north side are bigger and have somewhat of a view. (Best views are East and West but we can't turn the hotel around.) Great breakfast, homemade beans, green chili and tortillas, and pancakes made fresh on Sunday morning. Internet worked well in room using cord from front desk w/ $10 deposit. Friendly staff, secure--but don't go to stay in the room, go out and enjoy the city!

The staff at sleep in are great. Very friendly. The New Mexico breakfast was delicious; a nice change from the usual stale doughnuts. However, the bed was as hard as a concret slab.

I've stayed here several times for Dr's appointments and they usually give me a special rate, and when I had a flight at sunport it was very convient, the hotel is clean the breakfast is nice, and me and my son have a good time in the pool. The staff is very helpful. Applebee's is right down the street and there's a playground closeby.

This hotel was so close to the airport and very clean and quiet. We used it twice on either end of our trip for airport. Wanted to use computer in room, not lobby:( No access though Super comfy
Great/simple place - posted on 07/06/2006
This hotel is inexpensive, modern, clean, and near the airport. Better yet for trips less than 2 wks. you can park your car in their lot at no charge if you stay there the night before your early a.m. flight on the next day. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Ironing board, hair dryer, 24 hr coffee, cable, Internet in lobby, good staff, very clean, shuttle until 10:00 p.m. to and from a/p. I loved it!

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on our way to Florida. The help was exceptional. She printed our boarding passes for an early AM. flight at midnight, got us a taxi, etc. On return, we found that someone had been given our no-smoking room. The only room available was a smoking room. We finally left at 11:50 pm and found a room at a different hotel.
dirty - posted on 03/29/2006
The place was dirty, hair all over the bathroom. We did not get the rate or the room type that we ordered, the wireless internet did not work and no one could help me, the 24 hour cusotmer service was non- existent
Economical convenience - posted on 02/07/2006
This hotel is located in a cluster of similar, but higher-priced hotels. It's close to the Interstate, UNM and airport, with Applebee's and Fuddruckers within a couple blocks (walking distance).
Outstanding value - posted on 01/19/2006
Indoor pool and hot tub water were extremely clean. Lighting over the pillows/bed allows good reading in bed. Cookies, fruit and fresh hot coffee/tea in the evening is a nice touch. Although close to the airport we could not hear the airplanes from our room. Better than most breakfast buffet selections, including eggs for the low carb dieters. Helpful desk staff.

Indoor pools was a bit cold, but the kids loved it and the hot tub. Snacks at night were nice. Good selection for breakfast, but not enough seating to meet a 5-6 family rush. PETS STAY FREE

Stay there when I have business in ABQ. Decent breakfast selections if you are not low-carbing it. High speed internet in room, accommodating staff, coffee available. Can park and fly from there at no cost. Convenient to Applebee's, one of the best sites in the chain.

Nice quiet room, ask for top floor. Cookies at night, cereal + waffles for breakfast. Nice big showers, comfortable bed. Cheerful clerks. New + clean building, seems safe.
