The best thing about this hotel was its picure on the web. We did not sleep well due to road noise, ancient pillows, cheap sheets that did not stay on the matress, and a general feeling of uneasiness. Hotel was sort of run down. Balcony on 5th floor felt very unsafe and sliding door did not lock. Would not recommend.

The staff was very helpful and the shuttle was great to have. Good breakfast. Very nice pool and game room. Nice view.

It looked good on the internet...but it was far frm it! Rooms dirty...internet didn't work..had a cold shower...don't waste you're money!

The rooms were dirty, tv remotes not working, i requested baby cribs for twins ahead of time but they only had one and it was not safe. Phone was not working. Had booked for two nights but got out as soon as possible in the morning.

We have stayed at the Plaza many times before, and were impressed by the service. However, this time it was disappointing. Usually the people that signed us in were not very friendly and helpful. I would say they were unprofessional looking and had uncaring attitudes. Otherwise the room was very comfortable. It does look like The Plaza needs some "face lift" work. Right now I would not recommend The Plaza to anyone. Maybe the next trip to Alburqueque we will try The Plaza again, hopefully we will not be disappointed.
