The 187-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Albuquerque University Area provides inexpensive accommodation for the budget-minded business traveler or families on vacation. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, an expanded continental breakfast, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has 10 meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest, the New Mexico Ballroom can accommodate 1,070 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include eight golf courses, the Albuquerque Aquarium and Rio Grande Botanic Gardens, the Albuquerque Sunport, the historic old town and the Sandia Peak Tram.

Many guests were amazed by the low rates at this hotel and delighted with the service they received from the helpful team of efficient and friendly employees.
