Carpet by bath was wet.Ceiling leaks,towels put on wet carpet turned yellow,paint smudges on bathtub,awful dirty tiles,gaping carpet, bath faucet sticking out due to a longer rod used(mismatched), swollen ceiling busted open as we checked out,unfinished walls,dried gel on sink.Worst experience.Can't get a hold of manager(hiding??)

Our "senior room" was on the third floor, with no elevators. I only found one working outlet in the entire room and it short-circuited my blowdryer. The lights in the bathroom sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I asked them to replace them, but apparently they didn't. They worked when I came back that afternoon, but not in the middle of the night or when I wanted to take a shower the next morning. The overall room was very shabby. You could see where every repair had been poorly made. I realize this is an economy hotel, but this was unacceptable.
