The 150-room Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque Airport offers newly renovated accommodation equally suited to the leisure or business traveler. The four-story, non-smoking is a short drive from the city's best restaurants, the University of New Mexico and Kirtland Air Force Base. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 80 guests. Nearby landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the Albuquerque Sunport, the historic old town, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Rio Grande Zoo and the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway.
