Nice hotel - posted on 08/27/2006
Staff was great and rate was excellent. We tried to book a suite for October 7 weekend, but it was already full.
Pleased - posted on 11/29/2006
The beds were a bit bouncy and aged, but i slept pretty good! The heater was not on and i didnt know it. i put it on medium heat and i froze! It was a late night and so it was too late to do anything about it. The space is nice and it has a refigerator and desk- I am overall happy and will return!

We really liked this hotel. It is fairly new and sits right off of I-25 by the airport. We liked the convenience and space of the suite and the pull out couch added extra comfort for the kids. Having breakfast each morning saved us plenty of dough as did the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and service prompt. Thanks for a great stay!

Uncomfortable - posted on 07/18/2006
"non smoking" room filled with smoke everytime air conditioner came on, sheets too small and would not stay tucked in on beds. hid-a-bed uncomfortable

Big rooms, great continental breakfast hot and cold food. Large windows in rooms.

Slow at requests - posted on 06/28/2005
We checked in Sun. night & the room was very warm. Air conditioner not working properly. I requested maintenace 3 times thru Tues. before air was fixed. I asked for a fan, which was never acknowledged. I wanted to move mattress to hallway, cooler there!! The complimentary breakfast needs work! Ran out of food, silverware, napkins, etc., slow at replacing them. Tables are not wiped off. 3 more days stay here, plus next week. Debating!. Faxing spendy!

VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, CENTRAL LOCATION CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFY A $1.00 PER DAY CHARGE FOR USE OF THE SAFE IN THE ROOM. THEY DID REMOVE THAT CHARGE AT OUR REQUEST.
Comfortable, but needs maintenance - posted on 02/17/2005
The staff were friendly, but asked odd questions at check in ("who are you employed with?"). The rooms were comfortable, but the carpet and bathroom needed cleaning. The internet service was problematic.
Loved Our Stay - posted on 09/21/2004
LOVED our stay at AmeriSuites! The people were wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean. There was no real dining facility, but they had a nice continental breakfast in the mornings which is why I gave their dining a good rating. There was always coffee and creamer (not that powdered stuff that most hotels offer) at the front lobby. It was a truly wonderful stay and we will DEFINITELY be back to AmeriSuites for another stay!
Excellent Service - posted on 07/28/2004
The service we received from the front desk employees was excellent. The young lady of Korean descent (I can't remember her name) who worked in the morning was especially good. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help us. We stayed in several different hotels on this trip, and she was by far the best hotel employee we worked with.
