My flight was very late and when I called to let the hotel know, the person I talked to was very helpful and even though I arrive at 3AM my room was still available.

I would stay there again because its easy to get to the airport with no hassels. It was very clean.

Property is in need of a good cleaning. There were stains on one of the pillows in the room I stayed in. The bathroom was not clean. The parking lot and stairs to the guest rooms need to be swept. I travel to New mexico often, and would not ever stay here again.

This was to be a special weekend in a nice hotel. I have stayed in Comforts and always been pleased with them. I was shocked to find this one grubby. The carpets have an outline of dirt around the walls where the vacuume stops, this was in the room and common areas, all the carpeted areas. The bathroom tiles were stained with black. The walls need painting or scrubbing to get the crud off. The towels were the harshest I have ever used. I paid for 3 days and each day I was locked out and had to have my key renewed. I will not return. I do not recommend this hotel to any one.

Great place to stay near the Sunport (airport) and noise is not a facter at this motel.

We had a good two day stay there during the Balloon Fest. The rooms and grounds were very clean and it had an attractive dining and office area. The staff was very polite and courteous. The fact that it is close to the airport was ok because the air "noise" was minimal.

Good, simple accomodations for an evenings rest. Continental breakfast until 9am in the morning. Coffee, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese. "Breakfast" restaurants parking lot close on either side. Friendly people, close to airport with shuttle available until 11pm. Pool available.
