Courtyard by Marriot Secaucus Meadowlands is near the garment capital of New Jersey. Although no longer thronged by carloads of outlet shoppers, there are still a few factory outlet stores offering discounts of designer finds in the area. However, one of the best selling points of this hotel is the location just a scant few miles outside of New York City. This Courtyard location is close to the Rt. 3 approach to the Lincoln Tunnel into midtown, and those that want to leave the car behind can take a bus right to Times Square and other Manhattan attractions. The hotel offers a "value-priced breakfast buffet" at the Courtyard Cafe, and nearby Outback Steakhouse is a family-friendly sit-down option. This hotel also offers a fitness room, plus a barber and beauty shop for guest use.

This is a well-situated hotel with a good amount of restaurants and some shopping nearby. Many reviewers noted the ease of travel into New York City.
