We had to ask to change the sheets of the bed. But other than that, the bathroom, towels, etc. where very clean and neet.

Shower gave a soaking to anyone within five feet of the shower stall.

We stayed here to be close to the airport and they have long term parking for a reasonable price. The hotel is impossible to find. Very "tired" looking. The two rooms they gave us were on opposite ends of the hall. The rooms were acceptable, but barely. We were unable to controll the temperature in the room. We looked at the continental breakfast, and decided to eat at Dunkin Donuts at the airport instead. I would not stay here again.

Shuttle worked. Whole place smelled of sewage. Room was dirty. Location was scary. Breakfast was fair.
Great Hotel - posted on 08/11/2006
I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It is located close to the airport and the staff was extremely helpful. Shuttle to Penn station is a great deal, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely stay again.
Pretty basic... - posted on 05/30/2006
Although close to the Newark airport, this hotel was extremely difficult to find - the room was tiny and very basic, with a tiny shower in the bathroom and a sink in the main room - plumbed backwards. The a/c was a rumbling old blower. However, it was close to the airport, was clean, and had a nice breakfast with freshly made waffles, etc. So - it is a reasonable place to lay your head if you need to be close to the airport for early departure or late arrival flights.
Not Worth What The Money - posted on 05/24/2006
Located in a dead end alley across the street from industrial supply company, could not walk to anything, very little parking, staff gave bad info about other forms of transportation they wanted you to pay for theirs, rennovations were not A1. There was a plumbing problem in our room. I would not stay here again.

Tricky to find. International Way is a small street, not well marked, off a busy highway. Bathrooms are beautiful but very unsafe. No grab rails, slick marble floors. Nice amenities in room. Very helpful staff.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. Round trip Shuttle service to Penn Station is $20 Round Trip. For about the same price you can stay across the street from Penn Station, NJ. Location was strange but easy to get to if you follow directions and signs.

It is not in the best location, close to the airport but hard to get to. They do have a shuttle service that I should have taken advantage of. The wireless internet was nice but the room was not. The front desk also gave me bad advise on how to get to the city.

The family room is large and reasonably priced. It is well maintained and clean. We would certainly recommend Best Western to our friends and business contacts in Malaysia as Best Western has hotels throughout USA.

For my first time on the East Coast, I had a GREAT experience!!! This hotel was a large part of it. I was unsure of staying in Jersey to go to New York, but the shuttle was just PERFECT!!! They will pick you up at the airport and take you back and forth to the train station for a small fee. I would definitely stay here again.
Directions - posted on 04/29/2004
It was very difficult to find. You should provide an alert to guests that they should bring a set of directions, and provide those directions. The hotel is surrounded by highways and one wrong turn will put you approximately 20 minutes out of your way.
