Nice stopover on the way west! - posted on 07/12/2006
Sorry, only a short stopover on my way west. The bed was ok, so was the shower. Good to have the WiFi connection. Nice shuttle service from and to the airport.

On the grungy side - posted on 09/05/2006
Overall, the hotel was "grungy", including the guests. We had to turn off the air conditioning unit because it gave off the smell of urine when it was on. Adding insult to injury was the $2 coffee for take out, although there was complimentary coffee (from 12 to 6:30 am!). Directions not helpful - if you miss it, you have to go around and over to the other side of the highway and back. Generally not a pleasant experience.

Decent place by the airport for the price. Easy access to the train by getting the shuttle to P4. Friendly helpful staff.

I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Clean and nice rooms.

Was very disappointed. Need more than one shuttle to go back and forth to the airport. Took almost 90 minutes to get from airport to hotel after I called the Front Desk.
As for room cleanliness, the same toothpick was on the floor by the bed for the three days I stayed there.

3 days at the Days... - posted on 02/03/2006
Very friendly and helpful staff. The ladies ( one was named Kerry ) looking after the breakfast period were excellent. Also, there was a very pleasent waiter looking after the restaurant in the evenings. The food was not great but his manner made up for that. The only drawback was that there was not a proper bar area to relax and have a few beers. I would use this hotel again but intend to check out others in the area first .
Noisy day and night! - posted on 01/20/2006
We did not enjoy our one-night stay. We were unable to sleep due to a loud fight by neighbors on the hallway. Despite two calls to the desk, both before and after midnight, the staff did not help the situation. They knocked 10% off our bill but it was not worth not being able to sleep. And I didn't like the lobby serving as a loitering location for people. It didn't feel like a well managed place.
Bad windows - posted on 01/20/2006
Windows do not insulate the rooms from outside noise. Hard to sleep with such heavy traffic noise.

I was very pleased with your hotel. The van service made it very easy to go to the airport/train station. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. Keep up the good work.

The hotel was very nice a nice restaurant. Easy acess to airport but the travel directions are kinda hard if you rent a car. The roms are great everything was nice. The only bad comment was I called for directions and they seemed to be put out in giving me directions.

Outstanding stay. Very convenient to EWR. Friendly helpful staff and shuttle service. Shuttle driver went out of his way for a handicapped customer and arranged a dropoff at the terminal instead of at the AirTrain location (as required by the airport). Excellent room and desk service. New Jersey people ARE friendly!!
Rude staff - posted on 06/27/2005
This hotel is a a bed and a shower. We got stuck in a smoking room as the hotel was fully booked and an internet booking is not 'as important' as offline...as was explained to us by the rude staff.
