This Marriott is consistent with the service and atmosphere you expect as a Marriott customer. Although the hotel is much older, for the most part it is well maintained, has a good staff and will meet your needs.

I enjoy Marriott's consistency,
double bed accommodation.

Beautiful landscape, staff was great, facility needs structural upgrade, that is, windows, trim in rooms, new bathrooms. dining experience was good, little pricey.

People were friendly, good location, nice landscaping.

Overall facility needs a face lift upgrades in the structure needed.

The 297-room Marriott Seaview Resort and Spa is an historic Southern New Jersey resort located on 670 wooded acres on the New Jersey shores of Reed's Bay. The hotel has 36-holes of championship golf on two golf courses and is designed for family vacations. The resort is also home to the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. Area landmarks and attractions include the Atlantic City casinos, historic Smithville Village Inn and shops, Brigantine Beach, Cape May, deep sea fishing at Shore Bet, Noyes Museum of Art, the Brigantine Marine Recovery Center and shopping at Hamilton Mall. Some visitors to this Marriott resort consider it outdated while others says it is genteel and comfortable. Most clients say there is a need for updating but say it has great charm and a professional and polite team of employees. The location is excellent, minutes from the New Jersey shoreline and boardwalk. Golfers were impressed with the two golf courses and said they would return to this resort. Several non-golfers thought the prices were high and they would look for accommodation elsewhere on future visits to the area.
