The suite was nice too. I traveled with my 80 year old mother who needs handicapped accessibility and they accommodated her in every way. The decor is traditional and pleasant. We did not have room service.

The staff was very gracious and helpful.

I did not like the heating system.

For the size of the hotel, we are most pleased with how quiet the surroundings were. When we presented our Priority Club card, we were given a free breakfast voucher. Customer service employees were a pleasure with whom to deal.

Room was big & comfortable, loved the separate living area.

We've stayed at other hotels in this area and this was by far the best.

The Crowne Plaza® Fairfield hotel in a suburban area is minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City, Rutgers University, Meadowlands Sports Complex and Willowbrook Mall. There is a fitness center, sauna, restaurant and an indoor swimming pool. Staff is fluent in five languages: Arabic, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Wireless high-speed internet can be accessed from public areas, rooms and business center. Some guest rooms and parking spaces are earmarked for differently abled guests. Same day dry cleaning, dry cleaning pickup and housekeeping services are offered for added convenience.

This multi-level hotel has an array of amenities for a good nights sleep, dining and recreation. Most of the visitors were happy with comfortable tastefully decorated accommodations, modern amenities, well-maintained exercise room, well-prepared food, spacious car park and excellent customer service. However, same room allotted to two different guests, spotty customer service and bed bugs were major concerns of some guests.
