The beds at this hotel are very comfortable. Rooms were roomy and clean. The shuttle service to airport drops you right at the terminal where your flight leaves. Rooms smelt good which was a refreshing change. We will stay here again.

We used as a base for NYC trip. Rooms were great and clean. Very comfy beds. Restaurant was expensive as noted in other reviews so we chose not to eat there. Shuttles ran every 1/2 hour as noted-ask when they leave to plan departure-and were on time. We would definitely use again.

The hotel was great but I was bummed after arriving hungry and only being able to eat at the restaurant. The service was a little poopy at the restaurant and the food wasn't good at all. Other than that it works!

Very clean and well-appointed room. Hotel restaurant is pricey, but we were a "captive audience." Leave time to reach the airport because the complimentary hotel shuttle leaves you off at a central point for the airport tram, which then transports you to the various terminals.

The employees of the hotel appeared apathetic as if my being there was an inconvenience. My wake up call came A HALF HOUR after the time I requested. My room closet had a broken knob, which was never fixed. The bathtub had no slip strips and guess what - I fell in it, and no slip strips put in as I requested.

close, secure parking, shuttle to airport every 20 min., helpful desk staff, excellent meal at in house restaurant, nicely appointed, spacious room
