The Hilton Newark Airport is in a great locale for the business traveler or casual vacationer. Close to Newark, NJ in nearby Elizabeth, the Hilton Newark Airport is near Jersey Gardens outlet mall, Prudential Center, and New Jersey Performing Arts Center. There are also several large colleges in the area, along with corporate and government buildings. This hotel has a pool and fitness area to keep guests busy. The surrounding area isn't the nicest, so those looking for other amusement will need to journey out to the Airport to catch trains to NYC and other areas for fun. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, so getting around won't be too much of a hassle.

The Hilton Newark Airport is one of the nicer hotels in the Newark Liberty International Airport area. This Hilton location has great amenities, terrific service, and is clean. Families and singles may find themselves bored unless they journey out, but older travelers will be happy. New renovations ensure that rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. Hilton Newark Airport Accommodations

The Hilton Newark Gateway has rooms ranging from the standard guest level to Junior, Presidential, and Luxury suites. All rooms feature the Hilton Serenity sleep system and Crabtree and Evelyn signature toiletries. Suites have a dining area and work space. Executive rooms are located on exclusive concierge floors with controlled access. This hotel just underwent $5 million in renovations, so it's in tip-top shape.

Amenities offered

Guests in the standard level of service are offered TVs, cable programming, on demand entertainment, the Hilton Serenity Bed program, ironing set, refrigerator on request, and coffeemaker. The suite level amenities are much more elaborate, including luxury sheets and 24 hour housekeeping. General hotel amenities include airport shuttle service every 20 minutes, shoe shine, laundry/valet, and easy access to car rentals. For special needs guests, there are several rooms with roll-in showers.

Traveling South on Routes 1 & 9 local lanes, go past the McClellan Street exit. Immediately as you go under the overpass, get onto the Service Road in the right lane. The Hotel is immediately on your right. Traveling North on Routes 1 & 9, exit at McClellan Street. At the base of the ramp, turn left, and the hotel is on the right. From the N.J. Turnpike Northbound, take exit 13A. Get on Routes 1 & 9 North to the McClellan Street exit. At base of ramp, turn left and the hotel is on the right. From the N.J. Turnpike South take exit 14 to Routes 1 & 9 south, local lanes, go past the McClellan Street exit. Immediately as you go under the overpass, get onto the Service Road in the right lane. The Hotel is immediately on your right From Newark Airport Baggage Claim: Take the Airtrain to Station P4 and then the Hilton Newark Airport Complimentary Shuttle to the Hotel.
