This Courtyard by Marriott was very clean and had a super friendly staff. It's location was close to perfect, and the Kittery outlets and downtown Portsmouth. My husband loved the giant flat screen TV. Need to say more?

The staff was polite and friendly. The beds were comfortable, beautiful rooms. We spent most our time enjoying the hot tub and pool. I like the convenience of being able to work with my wireless laptop while staying there.

Great hotel after initial smoking smell of room. They were very nice about moving us to another room.
Great customer service.
The first room we were in smelled like smoke & it was non smoking.
