We had an enjoyable stay for two days. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel's appearance was overall very clean and outstanding. We will recommend to our family and friends. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. It has been the best hotel we have stayed at in north Conway. Thank you.

We originally had reservations for another hotelbut were extremely disappointed and this hotel was able to accommodate us. Our niece was with us & they had activities for the children. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, dinner was great and drinks at the bar were fantastic! It was close to the shops and the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly. I wish they had a spa on site. We went back to the other hotel cause of previously made appointment, but we were disappointed with their service. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for just about anybody!

christmas shopping getaway nearby shops great-relaxing hot tub after shopping all day wonderful -2nd year in a row getaway and will do it again next year

While we were initially disappointed by the hotel's failure to set us up in the room we booked with a jacuzzi, we were very impressed with just about everything else.

The only problem we had was the wait for our room. Check-in was 3:00 and we had to wait in the lobby for a 1/2 hour. They should at least have the lounge open so that if rooms are not ready on time people have something to do while they wait. Other than that our room was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Hotel, and plan to do so again. Having the shopping close to the Hotel was very nice. We would recommend the Hotel to anybody going to North Conway.

Great location, clean facility including rooms, kids eat free buffet breakfast, food was good, service was good, price of room was good. We stayed 2 nights, quick last minute qet away before the kids went back to school, price was right.

This hotel was great. We had booked a Jr. Suite with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. We found ourselves in the Presidential Suite for no extra charge. The room was enourmous and more than enough room for this party to have a nice "girls weekend" away. Shopping was close and easy. Hotel was clean and the lobby was great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was very kid friendly and the people were friendly. Was very disappointed in the dining hall. Gave me the wrong meal when I picked it up and I was not very happy - breakfast waiter was irritating the next day, but all in all we enjoyed staying there with small ones.

There needs to be better postings and/or communication of where to find your outdoor pool, tennis courts and arcades. No one (customers) that I had spoken with had any idea where the outdoor pool was located. My family would have enjoyed the outdoor pool better. The amount of chlorine/chemicals in your indoor pool were overpowering.

This hotel is in the heart of North Conway. Located in a very nice outlet center which features stores like Pacsun, Jcrew and more. Plenty of restaurants and clean rooms. Pool was clean as well.

this was one holiday i would rather forget. from the day we arrived the service was poor, the staff were un willing to help and we expected much better for the price that we had to pay for this holiday.a tip is to go somewhere different any where but here.

Our wedding reception and cruise honeymoon in Florida was cancelled due to a hurricane. We were welcomed to the hotel on a very busy weekend and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us and I really felt like they were sympathetic to what had happened to us. The concierge was fantastic.

I had a fabulous stay. My room was beautiful. My kids loved the pool and the hotel and dining room staff was awesome. The breakfast buffet has a great selection, and our evening meals was great, good selection and great presentaion and taste. Well worth the visit.
