Take Rt. 95 North to Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Exit #4, Spaulding Turnpike. The Spaulding Turnpike becomes Route 16 North. Follow Route 16 to Conway Village. In Conway Village turn left at the 2nd light. Continue on Route 16 for three miles and turn right into Settlers’ Green Outlet Village. Once in Settlers’ Green take a left at the first stop sign. The hotel is located behind Settlers’ Green Outlet Village.

From Points East (Portland)
Take Rt. 302 West to Rt. 16 North in North Conway. Once on Route 16 North, turn right at the 2nd light into Settlers’ Green Outlet Village. Once in Settlers’ Green take a left at the first stop sign. The hotel is located behind Settlers’ Green Outlet Village.
