The location of this hotel is very good for travelers connected to the nearby colleges. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The elevator was very slow. The only bad thing I experienced was upon check out I asked the front desk staff to contact another Comfort Inn that we were headed to and get a guaranteed late arrival. She said I would have to call them myself and pointed to a directory of other Comfort Inns. I had the number in my suitcase so I called myself, but I didn't think that it was an unreasonable request. The front desk staff upon check in were great, helpful and friendly.

Room was extremely clean.

The elevator seems very old and slow.

The helpful staff and the reasonable rates are two items that many guests remember about their visits to this Comfort Inn. Those who stayed here said the cheerful crew of employees provided top notch service, far better than they had expected. The rooms were spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and had all the facilities they needed for an overnight stay. Other plus points were the indoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a flight, and the complimentary breakfast which made a great start to the day.
